How do I cook these meals?
Each meal can be cooked on a Griddle, Flat Top Grill, Cast Iron, Grill Plate, Skillet, or Stovetop Pan. You’ll simply thaw, cook according to the included instructions, and enjoy. Individual cooking instructions will be available on the label or more
Can I use a regular skillet if I do not have a flat top?
Yes! A regular skillet works great, so you can still enjoy these meals even without a flat top grill. They can also be cooked on a griddle.
Do I need to thaw them first?
Yes, meals should be thawed before cooking for best results and even cooking.
Are there dairy free options?
Several meals are dairy-free. Look for meals labeled GF/DF on the menu. We do not have an exclusive dairy-free menu.
Is there any chopping or measuring required?
Most meals come fully prepped, so no chopping is required, aside from a select few items that need to be cooked before being cut.
Are the melas fresh or frozen?
Both! Meals are fresh-prepped and then frozen to lock in flavor and make them easy to store until you’re ready to cook. You will need to thaw your meal before cooking it for the best results.
How long can I keep these in the freezer?
Meals can last for 6 months in your freezer. Thaw and cook them as you need them!
How many people does each size feed?
This depends on the size you choose (Small, Medium, Large Family). They range from 3-4 servings to 7-8 servings.
How big are the portion sizes?
Our portion sizes are based on FDA regulation portion sizes. This will vary slightly from meal to meal, but you can see all of our nutrition labels on our website. In most cases, you can choose your meal size by matching the number of members in your

Yes, these meals are made for families to enjoy. The spice level is low to zero, and they are all familiar recipes you’d expect to serve at home.
How many meals come in a box?
Each box includes 8 meals.
Can I customize the meals in the box?
As of right now, we do not allow customization. If you order a box, you will receive the 8 pre-selected meals in the menu for that month.
