We use a combination of dry ice, gel ice packs, and insulated packaging to keep your meals cold during transit. Your meals are packed inside an insulated cooler bag, with additional insulation surrounding the bag to help maintain the temperature throughout shipping.

We’ve extensively tested our packaging to ensure meals remain safe in the shipping container for up to 4 days. Depending on the length of your shipment, the dry ice may be partially or completely melted when your box arrives. This is normal, as long as your meals arrive refrigerator cold, below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, they are safe to store in the freezer!

Your order can safely remain on your porch for a few hours after delivery. However, we recommend bringing your meals inside and placing them in the freezer as soon as possible on the day they’re delivered.

Because delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier, we’re unable to guarantee what time of day your package will arrive. Our insulated packaging, dry ice, and ice packs are designed to help keep your meals cold during transit and for a period of time after delivery.
