Does your freezer meals include sides?Updated a month ago

Our freezer meals are designed as the base of your meal and primarily consist of the protein and sauce. Depending on the freezer meal, it can be completed in a variety of different ways including serving over rice or pasta, as tacos or nachos, or salads and sandwiches. 

Our freezer meals do not come with sides. This is for two reasons; 1) we don’t know how our customers will serve the meal as each meal can be served in a number of different ways and 2) our freezer meals can last upwards of 12 months when stored correctly meaning that any sides may expire before you cook the meal.
